I have a deviated septum which causes my breathing to be improper when I'm awake and asleep . Also unfortunately causing me to never get enough sleep throughout the night because I'm not Intaking enough oxygen to deep sleep and get a full deep rest . other side effects include sleep paralysis and night terrors but I constantly feel tired and sluggish throughout the day . My nose is always constantly running as well and it is very annoying D: ... This is something I've wanted to do for a while for health related reasons and other reasons, but I have been doing research on different doctors who specialize in different surgeries all the way from turkey to Canada , and California. While this goal is still being completed, i'll most likely still be looking at doctors to ensure my experience is nothing but the best (hopefully🥲) .
