Mina had a growth on her leg that needed attention> My roommate took her to the vet and received antibiotics. A bit time passed and the growth remained the same size. It didn't seem to bother her at the time. A week ago, the growth seemed to have been aggravated from probably playing or fighting with her 3 other siblings at home. Not sure but it seemed to have started to scab over. She most likely has been licking it and created open wounds. I took her to the vet and the doctor said he is 100% sure that the growth is a tumor. He specializes in tumor removal but due to where the tumor is it won't be possible. He said I have two options: amputate the hind left leg or put her down.... She has been my emotional support her whole life. She seems to know when I'm extremely down she always slept with me or stayed glue to me. Her pain is causing her to stay near me (except when I give her meds). I'm pretty devasted and have a hard time asking for help. I want to attempt to give her another chance and have her leg amputated. I don't know the full price until October 11, 2022. I'm asking for help to pay off this recent visit so she will be able to go to the next visit.
